Madelyn was very excited about her 1st day of 2nd grade. It's hard to believe how fast she is growing up. She picked out the outfit herself. The boots didn't make it to school. She was wearing them to cross the field to school. It had been raining a great deal, the field was soaked and muddy. She didn't want to ruin her new shoes. She is so smart!!
Aunt Janel & Uncle Patrick's last night in Texas. They have moved back to Michigan. We will miss them.

I know this blog should be all about Madelyn. However, I just spent the weekend with 17 of my closest friends. We had a fabulous weekend. I am so blessed to have all of these wonderful people in my life. Thank you to each and every one of you!!
Madelyn performed again this year at the half time show for the Austin Wranglers Arena Football team. She did fabulous!!
